The board of directors of the San Antonio Philharmonic has taken the landmark step of naming an executive director. “We are excited to name Roberto Treviño as our first executive director,” said Philharmonic board chair Brian Petkovich. “His passion, dedication, and wealth of knowledge about the arts, the orchestra and the city make him the right person to build on our success.

“Roberto served on the City-County Symphony Transformation Task Force when in office as the District 1 Councilperson and has been an active member of the board of directors over the past year. We welcome him to this new role and look forward to his leadership.”
